Continuing tutorial?

I had to run off before finishing the tutorial and I don't seem to be able to find how to continue it. As I'm aware, this is a bit problematic since besides Call of War having some different mechanics from Supremacy it also prevents you from getting the tutorial gold. So, is there any way to continue it or did I just screw myself? :o
