Convoy Ships and Progress Towards Achievements

I was playing yesterday and realized I wasn’t sure how some things were counting toward the achievements. I caught an opponent trying to sneak two stacks of ten ground units across the Atlantic at me. My subs hit them sinking all 20. I couldn’t tell which achievements that helped me towards. Sinking a convoy ship, do they count as being part of the naval tech tree towards sea wolf or as their regular class toward the tank/infantry kill achievements?
