some parts of the coutry are yellow- light yellow.
what does this mean??

i believe each country is colour co-ordinated and the ones with stripes or light yellow etc are not core provinces

so the players can´t play wiht the lihgt yellow prov(not core provinces)??

yes they can play with them, they just are not counted as non-core province.
