Coversations

If you trash a message and it was not sent anonymously, will the receiver still see the message? I sent a person several anonymous messages not wanting to reveal myself, but I accident sent him one that wasn't anonymous . I've never had any prior conversations with him before that were not anonymous.. Will he see my message, and will my country name pop up in his list of ongoing conversation(Diplomacy)?
