nah, the plan probably is to extend it
you were able to create 5 games before if you were High Command, now only 1
same for free-users from 1 to 0
at the beginning tho everyone could create the amount of games they wanted to

Is their a plan to shorten the amount of time you have to wait to create a new game after you have already created one??

i don't really see why someone has to wait 30 days to create another game. i think they should go back to just creating as any games as someone wants or just shorten it to about 5 days or so

Many reasons, such as many nearly vacant or abandoned games that are neither productive or fun to play, and the server resources required to maintain these games have caused these changes, and I don't expect any changes soon.

The reason is that they think that if there are less games available, people will start joining the same games and therefore solving the inactivity problem.
However, the inactivity problem won't be solved by reducing the amount of games available.
