Creating new games

I have been trying to create a new game, and it told me I needed to be level 11, so I became level 11. Now, I am level 11, and it is still telling me i need to be level 11 to create a new game. Please help

You think you're level 11, it's different. Don't mix facts and opinion. Wait until you're 100% and it will be fine.
