Damage to Factories

I try to be careful while I'm attacking to enemy factories to capture without damage

but I cant see a any different usually I dont bomb or attacking with 20 units even I send just 1 ınfantry to capture there factory take damage and I need to repair it

Every time a province is conquered, even if without a fight, buildings are partially damaged, which, among other things, shall reflect destruction by the fleeing enemy.

Browser games are an ingenious business idea to lure out money ..
