First you will still have 48 hours to control your contry where you can go back and cancel the deletion.
When the 48 hours are over, it will then delete your account and the contry will become AI.

Deleting Account & My Empire
What happens to my land and armies when I delete my account? Does it become an AI? If it is an Empire, is it divided to mini AI states or stay intact?
