You can't demolish buildings but you can disable them. However, please note that you can only disable a few select buildings like ports and barracks.

Demolish building and unit
How can I demolish a building in my own territory? I build some barracks which I don't need now. How can I demolish them?
Also can I demolish the unit I build for example infantry unit?
If I found a player is likely to hold 2 accounts and play in the same game, how could I report?

As the previous post said, you can't demolish buildings. You also cannot disband units. Any building with an upkeep can be disabled. Do so by clicking on it in the province list or directly by selecting the province.
