Demolishing Buildings
Can you Demolish Buildings whence build?
I started as Spain, I invaded France, since France is so big ,Northern France was prepared to raise an army to fight me. The quickly way to do this is to build a lot barracks. When I defeated France I had all these broken level 2 barracks, with I repaired and build an army and invaded Germany. At this point I had a food deficit but with the larger army, I thought kill some off in the war, take German farms in the future , with 75% hit, I will have a bigger army with more land.
Germany can not sustain itself with food. The food consume is larger that production. I need a way of lowering food consumption in occupied territory, I could by get rid of useless barracks.
Can you Demolish Buildings whence build?

Hahahaha, let me show you how. Click on a barracks in the province window, then the below image will pop up. Then click the circled button.

You can, as long as it has full health. If it is not in top condition, a lvl 1 can not be turned as it is already turned off. If it a lvl 2 or 3 is damaged, it acts like the level below and can be turned off. I just used a lvl 3 'cause that is all I have in that map that I can quickly look at.

You can also build infrastructure in wheat provinces to increase your food production.
