Destroyers Have attack values against infantry armor and structures. Without a range how do they pull that off. Is this during embarking or disembarking? What about structure damage?

It's a legacy thing; they USED to have a range but they don't anymore. The values for ranged fire are still there, even though they are never used anymore.
Even when they did have range in 1.0 it did not deal any damage to land units.
like infantry or non-ranged tank units can attack ships(even non capital) when on the coast, the destroyers can attack infantryKarl von Krass wrote:
