Difference in HC purchasing (Russia vs Everyone)
Is the way people that don’t live in Russia purchase a high command account different from the way Russians are able to purchase a high command account?

It has something to do with international sanctions against Russia after they invaded Ukraine. Makes it more difficult to do thinks like that as Bytro is a German company.

I figured that had something to do with it. Hopefully the process will be smoother in the future.
