I really hope that someone can explain me this...
I was simply practicing an invasion technique in a solo-game (map: Medi. theater), i was invadig turkey from the south as UK, with alot of infantry and tanks AND around 25 planes.
The air-force of 25 planes was split in 2: a fighter group (9 air-planes) and a bomber group (aprox. 9 tactical and 7 strategic)
I had initiated a naval bombardment of Antalya - the city is empty - and therefor initiated an air-bombardment...15 minutes later: ALL 16 bombers were nowhere to be found, and i lost 2 fighters as well...the newspaper mentions the lost fighters, but NOTHIN about the bombers...
This is not the first time...so what is actually going on ? i am so held back nok 
They will probably move this over to the bug section and while they are doing that you would be able to help them by replying with the game number so that they can look into it.
That's funny, I also lost about 25 planes, and I have 1 plane that has been in the same spot for several hours, not on patrol, just can't move. I've tried redirecting to a new location, no luck, I've closed out and reloaded, nothing, my planes are no longer an option. loljonsund91 wrote:

Right click and drag around with the mouse where your aircraft were stationed. You will find them, just they are invisible now. Great for both day and night air raids.
Damn near the exact same thing happened to me. I am missing a 20 Fighter/bomber stack that was refueling! I sent a bug notice in about three hours ago and still have NO reply or my units back! The Fix that Quasi-duck offered does not work, but semi-exposed the fighters...but it will not bring them (or the missing bomber with them) back into the game!?

Yes, many many times. The Bombers are still missing and the fighter appear as another tank unit that I cannot control...other then that, they are invisable!??
Ah, well, I have no idea how to fix that!
