Normal AI never attacks you unless you attack them first. I am not so sure about elite AI (gold games), but I think it's the same.

Do AI declare war?
Hi all,
I'm in my first game and learned a lot reading this board.
I currently have troops protecting my borders with AI nations that are just eating up my resources. For real. My food supply is melting away !
So do AI nations ever declare war on active players? if not i can send my troops into battle.

Don't worry about the AI, they won't attack you. You can also get right of way through them by changing your status with them to "Right of Way" and they will change it after a few days.
Also, it's worth noting that Right of Way takes much longer to get in the Blitzkrieg map, jsyk.

BTW, if you give share map to an AI, will they give share map to you?

I don't think so, although I could be wrong. The first time I tried it they just gave me right of way but it might take a while longer.

You guys are wrong. AI(normal ones) do attack. From experience though they just launch a couple of rockets at stupid places though.
