as long as you are first in terms of points once you retire you should get the solo win

Do I win a game if I retire as the last man left?
Do I win a game if I'm the last man left, and will I then get a solo win, or do I have to reach the requirements for a solo win first? Because I'm currently in a game where I've taken out all active players. Also, if it's important, I'm the player with the most VP's.

You can retire too if everyone is inactive/3 players left and they all agree to retire. That will lead to victory for the one who has most point solo AND coalition
