Do moving unit that cost rescorces cost more rescorces?

So imagine that u are low on oil and u need to move you oil costed tanks

Once u move them to your destination,will it cost more oil

Same for infrantry

U move them one point to another, does it cost food?

moving units do not have a cost on resources, it is assumed the cost of supplies for moving and whatnot is made up by the units daily upkeep.
