You need to build a heavy tank and sacrifice it to the paratrooper. That’ll work.

Do paratroopers need an air fireld or airbase to be able to convert from ground form back to air form?
So I made an air paratrooper, deployed it. It turned into a ground paratrooper and captured the province. Now, what if I want to turn it back into an air paratrooper? Do I need to put it at an air field or airbase, or can it just change back whereever it wants?

Don't be spoiled. In 1.0 you couldn't convert them back at all.
