It wouldn’t change. It’s 1/7 of total health that needs to be healed. if that is 70hp, it’ll be 10 healed. Even if you add more units to that stack, if it remains 70hp lost, it will still be 10hp.

Does stacking affect HP regeneration?
Let's say I have a stack of 1 AC and 1 inf at 20/40 HP. I also have a separate, single inf unit which has 15/15 HP. If I were to add this inf to the first stack, would that stack regenerate more or less HP then without the extra inf? Or would the regenerated HP amount not change?

So...
Without inf: 40 - 20 = 20, 1/7 * 20 = about 3
With inf: 40 + 15 = 55, 55 - 35 = 20, 1/7 * 20 = about 3
