Does upgrading unit return some hp to the upgraded unit ? 1.5

Raw hp, yes; hp %, no

If unit lvl 1 have 100 max hp buth currently on 60hp, if upgraded lvl 2 have max hp 120 then unit will have 72hp.(it will still have 60% of hp)
