Dominion antertica map stuff problems

Why can’t I attack my neighbours in the Antarctica dominion map..???.

I mean that I know that’s not the goals of the map but still, wouldn’t that be fun?

I'm pretty sure the core provinces in domination maps cannot be captured. It should say in the rules section of the newspaper.
