I haven't suffered your fate but I'm sure there's a daily/weekly quota of gold to receive, if not I think maybe the transaction process has failed somewhere, after all this is still beta.

Quick tip too. Don't go ham on getting gold, people don't appreciate heavy gold-users and tend to avoid or gang up on them in games.

Ehm, don't do those surveys. They are not real. Bytro will give you nothing for them and I recommend cancelling any subscriptions etc. you placed on them.
