I sent 10 spies to oil province
I got only 11k money destroyed 8k and decreased morale 30
why they dont steal resources ??
any advice ?

Economic Sabotage in game
what can I do with economic sabotage in game ?
for example I have hundreds provinces I have limited oil and I built max limit factories ınfrastructures and naval bases so I decided to steal from my enemies oil provinces can I do that with spies ?

Hello mate, spies cannot actually steal resources they can only destroy resources the enemy nation has stockpiled.

as far as I'm aware they were never able to steal resources and give them to your nation, rather just destroyed the resources

Yes, they can only steal money. But wouldn't that be useful? The resistance sometimes relied on the enemy supplies as well as guerrilla fighters in China taking down Japanese supply and using it because they need it.Dante Bugler1 wrote:

You might have to wait. That is just one day. 11k is a fairly large amount of money taken

I play in speed round I spent 150k for spies and 40k to missions for every 6 hours and I got only 11k ıt ıs not large amountRyan04px2025 wrote:

How about focusing less on espionage because you did not get much out of it?

I have never been able to get spies to pay for themselves, you need to plan on having a sufficient economy to support your espionage department.
Economic sabotage is quite valuable when an enemy is already short on a certain resource, you can perhaps further shorten that resource. Key resources are generally oil or food, although rare materials are a close third.

The point is to shorten your resources and not to obtain resources from it. If you want to obtain resources, resource trading in diplomacy tab or the stock market
