To illustrate what @StrangeTalent is talking about... See attached graphic. It looks like there are different points for upgrades and perhaps even repairs...

If a building is built, you gain a a score for Economic for building 'x' building. If that building gets damaged, are additional scores given for repairing?
Example: I build an Airbase, and 3 points are added to my economic score. A spy damages it. After repairing, do I get, say, 1 point for repairing?
Also, if anybody can answer (Maybe @I Patton)?
I have been trying to track what the point value for stats are, and I can't seem to get a straight readout for buildings. Is there any way I can get definitive results for buildings? The military scoring is very straightforward, but I can't get straight results for Economic.

Military Scores are very easy to calculate, and a list is below:
MilitaryInfantry: Defeated x 4 = Score
Militia: Defeated x 2 = Score
Motorized Infantry: Defeated x 6 = Score
Mechanized Infantry: Defeated x 9 = Score
Armored Car: Defeated x 5 = Score
Light Tank: Defeated x 7 = Score
Medium Tank: Defeated x 12 = Score
Heavy Tank: Defeated x 20 = Score
Anti Tank: Defeated x 4 = Score
Anti Air: Defeated x 4 = Score
SP Artillery: Defeated x 7 = Score
SP Anti Air: Defeated x 6 = Score
Tank Destroyer: Defeated x 10 = Score
Interceptor: Defeated x 8 = Score
Tactical Bomber: Defeated x 14 = Score
Strategic Bomber: Defeated x 20 = Score
Naval Bomber: Defeated x 12 = Score
Destroyer: Defeated x 10= Score

Cruiser: Defeated x 20 = Score
Battleship: Defeated x 40 = Score

However, buildings seem to be much more random, this being the Economy scoring from a few weeks ago:
Fortifications: Built x 5 = ScoreNaval Base: Built x 4.68 = Score
Barracks: Built x 1.53 = Score
Nuclear Reactor: Built x 30 = Score
Industrial Complex: Built x 10 = Score
Capitol: Built x 2 = Score
Air Base: Built x 3.6 = Score
Infrastructure: Built x 6 = Score

I haven't looked at the CoW scoring for bldgs. but your data does make it appear there could be a fractional value for repairing bldgs. When I was looking at resource cost vs. repair times I noted there seemed to be a direct 1:1 % correlation. You now have me wondering if that % resource cost : repair time might also be the % (fraction) scoring value.
For example, if the repair cost in resources (and repair time) = 50% of a new building then, perhaps, the scoring would be 50% of a new building. If the repair cost = 33% then one would get 33% the score of a new building. This could explain why new build and repairs all count as "1" but the scoring value is different.
The next set of data to collect would be just new builds (no repairs).
Then a set of new builds with repairs (and the % of each repair with no rounding up/down).
Problem is, I think I would need a dummy account for accuracy, which is against ToS
