Answer to question number 1: I have no idea.
To question number 2: I believe it doesn't count if you only repair.

End of Beta- Question
Will the profile statistics be reset at the end of the beta?
Also, if you repair a damage building does that count as you having built it for economic score?

I wouldn't say our stats will be reset and I don't think the repair would count. Not too sure though.

You need fresh builds to earn points for them, and I doubt that they would implement a stat reset.
