End of the game - Can it continue?
Can a game continue even after a player has achieved enough points for victory, or does it stop automatically?

It stops. Movements, production and construction work stop. Resources will still begathered, but you can't do anything except for reading the newspaper and using diplomacy I think.

The game stops after the victory goal is reached.
