game #2221059 event: arms race winner to receive gold and High Command...how long is this..i'm assuming 2 years worth? and how do i collect this? regards, kmacbobo

I see no evidence of high command being offered for the arms race

Doh..was thinking VP= high command. my bad and thanks for quick response
