I have a lot of territories and it gives me expansion -30 morale, how can I improve this

Capture 1 capital at least every 2 days, ideally more frequently. This can be tricky but works if practicable (by this point many AI would be at war)
Aeroplanes are interesting toys but of no military value.

A good idea is to surround a capital city, put bombard all its buildings into oblivion, then keep a bit of arty to bombard incase they try to make any more buildings. Then you capture the capital in the same manner Crayfish described: every few days.
The thing about Propaganda offices is that they are hard to actually implement on a large enough scale to make it useful worldwide, but they can be good for getting important cities up. Else wise quite useless to be honest.
