Enemy Caucasus (AI due to inactivity) has 11 L2 destroyers, 1 L2 Cruiser, 2 L6 Battleship, 3 L2 Aircraft Carrier. I do not know how they got that but whatever. How do we fight against it in a way that I do not need to send all those units because my navy is not strong enough and would take too much time. PS It is the same country as the thread "Fight Against Interceptors"

Ignore AI navy as all of his troops will disappear when you take it's last province. Same goes for interceptors, ignore them as they don't do damage to ground troops.
It's best to avoid facing against superior navies. One of the reasons the Nazi invasion of Great Britain never happened was because the Royal Navy was stronger than the German Navy, thus the Nazis were unable to gain naval superiority across the English Channel

If your country borders your AI rival, you can easily avoid their navy ... Except for coastal cities, where, if you want to put a fight, you may want to fortify and put some artillery there- which may be about useless if their whole navy shows up ...

Yes but I tried it and I found out that my interceptors do damage to ground units. Also, when I was attacking a real player, his naval bomber attacked me when I am attacking the province. (The naval Bomber attacked me from the ground!)

Interceptors will receive more damage then they give to ground troops. The only exception I know is interceptor vs armored car in the first days of the game.
Interceptors can also do some damage on single-unit transport ships, artillery and ground convoys ...

I destroyed a five stack of artillery once using only fighters, though I admit it was later game with advanced fighters. My bombers were busy elsewhere, so I figured I'd try it. It worked.
