Well I’d ally Sweden for sure, as they’d be able to take my western flank. Then I’d expand into Russia. 3rd ally can be anyone. See those threads about the axis doctrine and they should show what you need to build.

Finland - any tips?
I'm playing as Finland in a clash of nations. Any tips on what I should build/where I should expand to?
