Just use the artys and push with some armored cars to slow it down. Since it can one-shot infantry don't even bother. Armour cars to slow it down, arty to give support and destroy. That or research attack bombers

Flame tank counter
So my enemy has a flame tank on day 4, the only things I have that can counter heavy armor are arty, but I only have like 1 or 2 of those. what should I do?
