It's possible to deploy on day 1? I thought it will be limited to after day 7 or something...

According to the stats released today, the new flame tanks will be able to kill a single level 1 infantry with just one iteration. This reveals a major balancing problem. Someone could save up like 10 of those deployment operation cards, and then deploy them all on day 1 of a new map to gain a big advantage over their enemies. They would be practically unstoppable. The only tank counter available that early in the game is the artillery, and most players do not produce tons of those early on.

They are?
havenโt heard anything about that but I guess that would make sense
in the teaser update it implied the deployments for level 1 flame tank is on day 4WednesdayAddams wrote:

and they can't be brought by gold anywho...
Good
so that solves the problem i guess?Karl von Krass wrote:

not exactly... normally people wouldn't be able to make stacks of 10 med tanks by day 4... and not enough TD and Attack bombers could be made I guess... but if you use boosters and stuff you could defeat them i supposeWednesdayAddams wrote:

Well you can only deploy one unit per province and thereโs a mobilisation time, so max itโll take day 5 for all the tanks to join together into one killing machine.
I think for me, Iโll just not use any unit boosters until someone uses them against me - then Iโll go ham.
They ought to be able only to deploy in cities.SamPGS_17 wrote:

Iโm slightly inclined to agree with this tbh.Lord Crayfish wrote:

There is nothing I can find about restricting deployment to only one per province.
But there is the specific day of availability.
So far the latest day for deployment of any of the units is day 8...so a mass stack showing up then would be possible as long as the morale requirement of the province is met.
Not likely such a stack would show up on the front line as the morale would be too low.
I think that the Flame Tank is a little overpowered if you are pushing into a infantry controlled city or fortification. But most people throw in a anti-tank, arty, or some other troops to reinforce the infantry, in all honest it is really simple to stop the Flame Tank, some attack bombers and heavy tanks easily do the trick for me personally. A 10 stack though does take time to make, mainly cause of how the cards work, I have only been able to lunch one tank and it was able to rid of a defended city with arty and some infantry, thought the arty did do some damage to my tank and it became basically useless when it got to more arty and a armored car.
Regular artillery would also be helpfulKarl von Krass wrote:

this is true
One per province, and a minimum morale requirement, starting day 8.Nostroma wrote:

Ok...show me where that is written...
I just re-read the entire news article on these forums about flame tanks and Opperations with unit cards.
Still don't see the restriction. Only says they can be deployed in your provinces. Makes no mention of only one each.
Makes thread about a problem that doesn't exist because of not reading about the new unit.WednesdayAddams wrote:

Almost as bad as the people panicking about this release before we had details, many of whom now seem to love the update
You all are dramatic as hell
You thought this was bad? Should have seen how people where like when they removed the canvas settingโฆjubjub bird wrote:
