FLYING BOMBS/ROCKETS ARE BROKEN!

Last week, I made flying bombs. I sent about 6-7 at a stack of moving units. No damage done. I thought Oh ok they must have shot it down idk I'm sorta new to this!

Today, I made rockets, I sent 1 at a moving group of units. NO DAMGAGE absolutely ZERO damage done. What's going on? I know from past experience that rockets were OP and always did damage no matter if they were moving or whatever and from what I understand they cannot be shot down. Has anyone else experienced this?

Why is this happening?

the targets moved.

the bombs and rockets landed at the point where the

targets were at the time of launch

this is a WWII game, no homing missiles available then.

you have hit a not moving target

知己知彼,百战不殆

Flying bomb/rocket units are weak.

The best way to use them is against "soft" targets:

1. Refueling planes.

2. Disembarking transports.

3. A stack of artillery, unprotected by infantry/armor.

These types of targets are weak and easy to kill, and they tend to sit still.

The worst target for a flying bomb/rocket is an army stack.

At best, they will absorb the damage, and then what are you going to do?

At worst, they move out of explosion range, and then what are you going to do?

Basically, stop building rockets.

these are all bullshit answers. i even tried it on a stationary group of units and 0 damage was done. This isn't how it was before! and also it should at least do 1 damage to a small stack of units with 120hp if it says it hits for 16 damage. this is a bug just admit it!

They work for everyone else, in a very limited, situational manner.

Obviously, they don't work the way you want to use them.

So, stop wasting resources researching and building rockets.

Build artillery, build bombers, built AT guns and infantry.

If these are bullshit answers then what are you looking for, exactly? I've used rockets multiple times in the past two days and can confirm that they performed as expected.
