Fog-of-War range

The View Range for units is shown on their charts, but where is the Fog-of-War range shown?

It would be useful to know the Fog-of-War range.

This (link) is very old, but it's possible the fog ranges are still the same. This would give

clear fog

-----------

30 -> 50

42 -> 70

54 -> 90

60 -> 100

72 -> 120

So what exactly is the fog of war in a game? Does it decrease your view range when in combat or something?

The inner (clear) view reveals the stack composition, the outer (foggy) view just tells you that something is there, but not what it is or how much.

Thank you DxC

Click on unit view range. Shouldn’t that show it for each unit?

View range stat shows the size of the inner circle (clear view range). Inner view range is 60% of outer view range. So divide the view range stat by 0.6.

E.g. Infantry has inner view range of 42 and an outer view range of 70 (42 / 0.6).
