When under fire from Artillery, is it better to force march out of range or march out at regular speed?

I tried doing that once, the enemy just followed me lol. Sometimes its best if you just strike head on at them. Try to call in air support if you can or toss in rockets.
I was going to say rush 'em too.Sir McSquiggles wrote:

the trick for using force rush is that the unit will get -10 morale every hour, so long as the travel time is below one hour your fine using forced march.
if the arty is attacking see if your unit can "run" to it under an hour, if not then either you "walk" until you can "run" or fall back.
i used it a lot of times save some time, province, and units too
I rarely use forced march unless one of my important provinces. What happens usually is that the enemy uses artillery first (separately from the main unit) then sends a unit to attack the province. In that case I just bomb the unit.
