Fortifications

So I'm relatively new to Call of War and I still haven't figured out the worth of some items like fortifications and other provincial upgrades because there is no information in the game on what they do exactly. If anyone knows, especially for forts please respond and let me know.

checkout the manual here in forum bro it will help you out alot!!
