This is because the room is full, that is, there are no more places.
You can call it a bug, in principle, such rooms should not be visible.

Free team does not show team selection
After joining a game and selecting a country, it does not show the list of teams to select from. Basically, I cannot join those games since I cannot select a team.
Any help much appreciated!!
