Frozen Dissapearing unable to move Naval Vessels!!

I'm in day 6 on Europe Clash Of Nations Playing as Italy, I produced 2 Battleships and 2 Destroyers and I moved them just off the coast of Spain and they got stuck, I cant move them anywhere, I click attack and as soon as my mouse moves off the attack button it goes back from Yellow color to the normal black, I click split and absolutely nothing happens and the fire mode won't change, and theirs no move buton, the move button is non exsistant and they dissapear off the map often, The bottom rectangle page showing the units and damage and stuff also does not go away when I click the 'X' on the top right, these ships took all game to make and are getting me and my teamates killed due to Naval Cover Lackage.
