Fuel consumption of light tanks ?

Has the fuel consumption for light tank brigades been reduced recently? If so, was this publicly announced? As I recall, fuel consumption for the light tank unit was increased from 100 to 125 tons of oil daily as part of the last round of unit revisions . . . Is this not correct? I just noticed today that light tank units are only consuming 100 tons per day.
