That got fixed in the newest update, but only in game rounds started after that update, so probably not in your older round.

Gıvıng damage to buildings
I sent level 2 5 strategic bombers to attack city
enemy has level 1 1 light tank and I looked with ınterceptor there are no more
there is no morale lose there is no damage for buildings just -5 hp for light tank
what is this is this a joke ?
