Gaining Fortification Benefits
Hello, All!
Just a simple question for today...
Does a unit need to be at the center of a province in order to gain the benefits of any fortifications built there or would they still receive the benefit no matter where on the province they are? i.e. just off-center, or closer to the border of another province, etc.
