Its day 3 in game #1707533 and the news paper says I'm the new admin. But, I don't see how this happened. Can someone check please? I'm just interested if there is some mechanic of game play that I missed. Thank you.

If the game admin (the one who created the game) goes inactive it will chose another player in the game to pass it on to. Seems like you have the juice now

Correct. Just seems odd that it happened within 3 days of the game starting, and, the Diplo tab doesn't yet show any inactives.
