You can kick inactives.

How so I mean like I looked at some stuff and nothing what tab is it? sorry its just never had the role

Click on your flag in the top left hand corner, then game admin, then kick inactives. That is how you can kick inactives and is all the GA can do.

Its pretty neat for when everyone becomes inactive.
