Game admin selection

The player who create the game will be the game admin.

If that player gets inactive, the player with the highest PV will get those rights.

1. If the game has been created by a player, that player will be admin, only losing his position if he goes inactive, in which case the player with the most Victory Points would become admin.
2. If the game has been created by Call of War, like the 100-player maps, the first person to join would become admin, only losing his position if inactive, and the admin position going to the player with the most Victory Points.
