game will not login

Hi, my game will not login,

Game Number: 2252372

In Game Name: capt.kidd

What is preventing you to get inside your game: tries to login, but cant pass.

is there a server problem?

There are not currently any server outages, and I see no problems with that particular game or your account.

So I expect you have a browser problem.

Clear your browser cache

Close your browser

restart your browser

Then try your game again.

If that fails: delete your browser cookies and repeat the above steps, with the addition of restarting your computer possibly.

If that does not work perhaps try a different browser. I have the best luck with Chrome for this game, while many people use firefox successfully as well.

If that fails please submit a bug report from the link in my signature explaining the problem, game number, and steps you have taken trying to fix it already.
