I have won two games and had 3 awards that I achieved and none paid off. After winning before and game ends I have always been paid quick quickly and after the clicking to collect my gold for an award I have always been paid in a few minutes but that has not happened on the ones mentioned.
So what is going on?

Not all gold rewards are immediate sometimes it takes a while for the stats and the game to synch and update.
If it still hasn't been added, file a support ticket. The mods will check what happened to your gold.
Game Operators will check what happened to his Gold, not mods. They have nothing to do with it.RBoi200 wrote:

Yep, we’re pretty similar, we just do slightly different things.
