What is a good strategy for Germany in HWW mode? I'm thinking to attack Poland first, then France, but does anyone have a better idea?

I usually blitz Poland, then head into Sweden and the Balkans. Ally with France or Italy, and attack the other by Day 3. You want to get as much territory as you can in the first week. If you attack France, move into Spain once you're done. Romanaia and Yugo Slavia are also weak.
That's kinda what I was thinking as well. Sweden makes sense. Same with Yugo and Romania.
I’d rather be hyper agreesive. You can take out Poland, Slovakia, Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg on day one. Then in day two or three you can blitz through France and even Italy at the same time with ease. After that taking the Balkans, Iberia, should be pretty easy, and you can invade the USSR by around day 6, and tule Europe itself completely in 10 days. It all depends on other players, but I’ve done it many times.

If you can at least keep the UK from attacking you, then conquering western Europe should be a breeze. If you're good, you should even be able to land in Africa by Day 6 ish. There's several free cities on the north coast.
Even if they do their land army sucks and your AirPower can win the Battle of Britain in this timeline. They can bombard your coast but you can bomb their cities, and they will fold before you.
Britain has lots of air units, even strats. But if you just churn out ints and NBs you should be good to go.

I meant by the time it was day 2, so in one day. I was trying to be conservative and not get their hopes too high yet.
