You should put in a support ticket, never seen any personal account ban issue being solved on the forum. You can always go higher up until it lands on the Game Admin table. ( just takes some time )

HARASSMENT BY TWO MODERATES AND A BAN
Can any administrator help me and unban my account? It has been banned for me. I have been playing the game since 2015, I am over level 175 and have spent many thousands of money on the game. My account was blocked by two moderators who had to look through all my maps that I accessed for a long time because I criticized their actions when they did not react to the pedophilia insults. I was officially banned for accepting resources on my privately created map from a friend for sharing the map. I'm begging for help. This account is everything to me. I am a call of war veteran and I feel wronged. Please help.I beg you.

where is this technical support? I wrote letters to the game support and I get a reply from these two moderators who banned me and just laugh

Well if it still runs on the old system you should be able to send the ticket upwards so the next stage would be a super moderator looking at it.

On that account I had 176 level. I can't play again from 1 level.
