Hardest/annoying AI countries to defeat?

In my opinion, when you are playing Historic World War, the Netherlands, and the Belgians are the hardest to get rid of. They're easy to take over, but they have colonies all over the world. What else do you think is very annoying to take over?

My father once said this: “If you don’t know anything, don’t assume you know and don’t say anything you don’t know is true”
I always got annoyed when he said that, but to be honest he’s kinda right if you think about it

Well I'm not a very good player, but we can take this "hard-to-invade" in two ways. One is they are strong, two is they are hard to fully invade. You obviously got good AIs for the second category. I don't know about the first category tho.

AIs that are strong to start the game include Finland, New Zealand, and Greece.
