Has anybody tried to get 100% AI popularity, or is that even possible?
I'm curious if it's possible to get 100% AI popularity, I doubt that you will be able to, but I want to see if somebody can try that.

You can if a few players declare war on every country but you, reducing their popularity to a few percentage points (declaring war, setting to peace and declaring war again can help with that) and then you declare war on them, which should increase your own popularity. May have to do that with a handful of people, though.
