Has resource production per city been increased?

For new players

I have had less resource problems as of late, i think this is a permemant change, because they lowered the production incomes wayyy to much when they de-buffed the need for having to build no factories or such.

It's just the new player bonus, they get 50% higher resource production in the first week in their first game. Has always been the case btw.

Resources in general did not change.
